We are currently teaching 4^th and 5^th Year Medical Students.

4^th Year students

This is conducted in Durban once every six weeks which is co-ordinated by Dr K Naidoo – Department of Family Medicine together with Dr R Bipath and Dr K Nepaul – Department of ENT. This is comprised of

[1] Formal Lectures given in Lecture venues and/or via Moodle

[2] Skills Demonstration in a Skills Lab

[3] Students gets an End of Block Assessment.

5th year students

This is conducted in PMB weekly rotation from Monday to Friday. This is co-ordinated through the Department of General Surgery together with Dr S van Wyk – Department of ENT, Greys Hospital. This is comprised of:

[1] Formal Lectures given in Lecture venues and/or via Moodle

[2] Clinical teaching in the ENT clinic at Greys / theatre

[3] MCQ
